Gregory L. Miner - Co-Head Energy Investment Banking

Mr. Miner has over thirty years of investment banking and research experience. Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Mr. Miner worked for eleven years as an investment banker, three years with Morgan Keegan and Company and six years with Howard Weil Labouisse Friedrichs, where he was Director of the Corporate Finance Department. From 1974 to 1981, Mr. Miner was an oilfield service analyst with Howard Weil. Mr. Miner has extensive experience in public and private offerings, valuations, fairness opinions, and merger and acquisitions, with particular expertise in the energy business. Mr. Miner received his BA and MBA from the University of New Orleans.

Mr. Cummings has over 15 years of investment banking, commercial lending and research experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Mr. Cummings worked as a corporate lender for First Commerce Corporation in the Energy Division. Mr. Cummings joined Johnson Rice in 1997 as a research analyst covering oilfield service stocks. Mr. Cummings is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Cummings received his BS from the University of Alabama.

Joseph J. Seremet - Vice President

Mr. Seremet joined Johnson Rice in 2005 and has over 3 years of investment banking experience in the energy space. While at Johnson Rice, Mr. Seremet has had significant experience in public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. Mr. Seremet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University with a triple major in Finance, Economics, and Legal Studies. While at Tulane, Mr. Seremet was selected to participate in the Burkenroads research analyst program and the Darwin Fenner fund assisting in the management of Tulane’s endowment.

Clayton P. Cummings - Vice President

Mr. Cummings has over eight years of investment banking, commercial lending, and research experience. Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Mr. Cummings worked as a corporate lender with J.P. Morgan’s Middle Market division in New Orleans from 2002-2004 and with Whitney National Bank from 1998-2002. Mr. Cummings, joined Johnson Rice as a research analyst covering the Small Cap E&P universe in 2004. Mr. Cummings received his BA from Loyola University and his MBA from the University of New Orleans.
