In January 2000, Mr. Mills began to focus on small-cap and Canadian companies in the industry. Since late 2001, he has focused entirely on domestic small-cap companies in the industry. Mr. Mills received his BA and MBA from Tulane University.

Since 2004, he has served as a senior analyst covering the downstream refining and marine services sectors. Dr. Burns joined Johnson Rice in 1997 and is a research analyst focusing on the coal industry. Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Dr. Burns worked with Howard, Weil, Labouisse, Friedrichs, Inc. and Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. from 1983 to 1997. Dr. Burns received his Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas and was a finance professor for six years, most recently at the University of New Orleans.

Mr. Malloy joined Johnson Rice in August of 2007 as a senior analyst covering Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Mr. Malloy was a senior analyst at Capital One Southcoast providing equity research coverage of a group of oil service and energy infrastructure companies. Prior to joining Southcoast in January, 1999, Mr. Malloy was Manager of Structured Finance for Entergy Power Group, where he was responsible for executing non-recourse financings for several large, independent power projects in Europe. Mr. Malloy received a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
